Turn short codes into full phrases — emails, addresses, Sinhala greetings — without leaving the keyboard.
How shortcuts work
You define a trigger such as [myemail] or [address]. When you type that code, Keyshepherd replaces it with the saved expansion in almost any app.
Setup tips
- Open the Keyshepherd tray menu and open the shortcuts / snippets area.
- Pick a unique trigger you won't type by accident.
- Paste the full phrase (Sinhala or English) and save.
- Premium users can sync shortcuts across devices after signing in.
Trial vs Premium
The free trial includes temporary access to core features. Unlimited snippets, the Icons layout (ShepGlyphs), and multi-device sync are part of Premium. For Adobe icon apply, see the ShepGlyphs guide.
