1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the Keyshepherd software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Subscriptions & Licensing

Keyshepherd offers a free trial alongside Premium plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime). Licenses are intended for individual use and are restricted to a specific number of hardware devices:

• Monthly Plan: Covers up to 2 active devices simultaneously.
• Yearly Plan: Covers up to 2 active devices simultaneously.
• Lifetime Plan: Covers up to 3 active devices simultaneously.

You may manage and remove inactive devices from your account dashboard. Abuse of device limits or sharing your account credentials may result in account termination.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, acting as our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions will automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Refund requests are subject to the Lemon Squeezy refund policy and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Third-Party Fonts and Intellectual Property

Keyshepherd provides typing assistance for legacy ASCII Sinhala fonts (such as Wijesekara and Isiwara layouts) but does not distribute, share, or bundle any third-party font collections like the FM Font collection, Isiwara fonts, or any other fonts. Users must legally obtain and install these fonts independently. We respect the copyrights of original font creators. The custom ShepGlyphs icon font, however, is the proprietary intellectual property of INOVIX and is licensed to you for use within the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Keyshepherd application. You may not use Keyshepherd for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Keyshepherd is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party application or future OS updates, though we actively work to maintain broad support.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall INOVIX or Eye2Eye be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the software.
